About Derek and Brian Sandgren
Derek and Brian Sandgren are realtors in the Yuba Sutter area. They were born and raised in the Yuba-Sutter area and grew up around the local real estate industry. Both are graduates of nearby Marysville High School. After graduation, Derek left the community for a few years to obtain his degrees in Electrical Engineering and Engineering Management at the University of Pacific in Stockton, CA. Brian, upon his graduation, also attended Pacific where he obtained a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate. After finishing up at a Pacific, Brian jumped directly into Real Estate in Yuba Sutter. Derek, after working in the information technology corporate world for almost two years, decided that he needed to get to back to his “roots” and begin doing something that he loved. In a bit of a role reversal, Derek followed his younger brother into the real estate world. Today’s real estate market is an ever changing world.
